About The Role

Reel Unlimited is looking for talented and motivated HubSpot Implementation Specialists to join our Web Design team and earn flat daily pay while helping clients with their websites and HubSpot-related needs. As a freelance position, you will be compensated based on the number of HubSpot tasks you deliver.

Your Responsibilities Will Include The Following

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HubSpot CMS Hub.
• Implement and customize HubSpot tools (Services Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub) to meet clients' needs.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and colleagues to deliver high-quality HubSpot solutions on a short delay, usually a maximum of 48 hours per task.
• Produce drafts and make revisions based on the feedback received.
  
  

How It Works

• Once accepted into our network, you get daily notifications about HubSpot tasks matching your skills.
• You will have access to our dashboard to review project details, including deadlines, and will also have access to a private Slack channel for communication and collaboration with clients.
• Every 2 weeks, you bill us for all your completed tasks, and we direct deposit amounts owed to your bank account within 2 business days.
  
  

Compensations

• Compensation includes a flat rate of $50-$150 per HubSpot task, bi-weekly payouts for completed tasks, and bonuses and incentives. So, there is no need to fight for clients or pitch without the promise of pay.
  
  

The Minimum Requirements For This Position Include The Following

• Minimum 1 year experience working in HubSpot CMS Hub, Services Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Operations Hub.
• HubSpot certifications, the more the better.
• Strong understanding of website design principles, responsive design, and user experience.
• Good English communication, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly.
• Respect the average task turnaround of 48–72 hours per order.
• Deliver a minimum of 1 task per day, with the ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Remote, freelance position with the freedom to choose when and where you work.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and design skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience.
• Team player with a sense of humor.
