As a Microsoft D365 CE configuration consultant, you will join a practice dedicated to designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for multiple industries, leading the way in delivering state-of-the art enterprise solutions. If you have proven experience delivering complex software solutions in enterprise and mid-market corporations, then this client-facing role is for you.

  • Gather requirements;
  • Provide knowledge and recommendations;
  • Configure the Dynamics 365 system according to client requirements.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an MS CRM environment in any capacity;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a CE consultant;
  • Minimum of 3 years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, Field Service and PSA modules;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with system design or information systems;
  • Experience with complex CRM implementation projects for over 50 users, Copilot and other AI applications, and configuring Dynamics CRM solutions;
  • Strong CRM industry and product knowledge;
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (SFA, Field Service, PSA, Customer Service);
  • Strong configuration, organizational and multi-tasking skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple activities in a dynamic environment and to meet deadlines
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, collaboration and communication skills.

  • Advanced degree.

  • French: Intermediate
  • English: Proficient
