Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Manager with expertise in direct-response digital marketing to lead our campaigns across various digital platforms. This fully remote role requires a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok), paid search engines (Google, Bing, Amazon), and other PPC channels, along with a keen eye for creative best practices within the paid social landscape.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, develop, and manage comprehensive paid media campaigns to drive direct response from target audiences across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing, and Amazon.
  • Analyze campaign performance data rigorously to adjust strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad content is engaging and optimized for performance across all platforms, adhering to the latest creative best practices.
  • Oversee budgets and financial forecasts, providing stakeholders with regular, detailed reports on campaign performance and strategic insights.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in paid media strategies.


Please note that this position requires working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media and direct response strategies.
  • Proven expertise in managing significant budgets across paid social and search platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in performance metrics and ROI analysis.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Demonstrated strategic and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Previous leadership experience is highly desirable.
