Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, analyzing market trends, and collaborating across departments to achieve our business goals. This role requires a combination of creative content development, strategic analysis, and cross-functional teamwork to drive the success of marketing initiatives.

Job Description

  • Collect data on target demographics, market trends, and competitor activity. Create original content for websites, social media, and print ads, including ad copy.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, including promotional presentations.
  • Write marketing campaign copy for social media, eDMs, websites, and advertisements.
  • Provide creative campaign concepts to graphic designers for development.
  • Maintain oversight of campaign schedules, measure performance against goals, optimise tactics, and share learnings.
  • Analyze channel performance to identify best practices and return on investment, particularly for digital and social channels.
  • Coordinate content for the PSA Today newsletter and other member facing communications.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to analyze metrics and data, providing advice on segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Ensure final review of marketing materials prior to launch or publication.
  • Track sales data and collaborate with the marketing team to meet goals.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to relevant business units.
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials and coordinate the creation of new materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with managers and business units.



Requirements
Campaign Creation & Support: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Copywriting: Write and edit content for various marketing materials, including ads, blog posts, social media posts, and emails, adapting to different styles and tones as needed.
Digital Media: Manage and optimize campaigns across social media platforms and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals and target audiences.
Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using SEO techniques, data insights, and analytics to improve strategies and outcomes.
SEO: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and improve rankings.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality content delivery.
Communication: Ensure all marketing materials have clear, concise messaging, and maintain strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
