IT SAP Business Analyst – Supply Chain (Planning with Toolsgroup SO99+)

What You Will Do

Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, Go Live and Hypercare of Ecolab’s SAP Global Template and localization implementation project in Chile.

Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with our internal customers in this region (supported by the EBS Supply Chain workstream Lead and other SO99 SMEs in the region).

Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address solution gaps and issues identified during Solution Confirmation workshops.

Get involved and ensure standard SAP solution usage knowledge to provide workarounds where required and not supported by the existing Global Template based on business scenarios. This requirement will tie into the SO99 integrated solution with overall country and regional planning.

Support customization / configuration of SO99 with integration to the Ecolab SAP landscape while developing complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain. You will leverage business requirements gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements in conjunction with your business core team counterpart.

Maintain expert product knowledge using an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements

Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations


Requisitos

• Seven plus years of recent and comprehensive experience with Forecast to Stock including but not limited to MRP, Production Planning / Scheduling, associated master data requirements
• Experience on configuration of SAP (ECC and APO systems) and able to consider integration points with procurement, planning, quality and logistics. Additionally, integration experience with any external planning tool, ie. FST/eFST. Strongly preferred but not critical.
• Must have general experience with integration middleware such as XI/PI, TIBCO, Mulesoft. XI/PI experience most important.
• Business and technical experience using Toolsgroup SO99+ is a plus but not essential.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at business acumen level
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Toolsgroup SO99 solution business and technical experience.
• Experience in SAP IBP and / or SAP APO would be an advantage
• Some Development (ABAP) experience; minimum must understand SAP ABAP code.
• Some hands-on experience with Tier 2 planning and manufacturing data (master & transactional data) into SAP systems using SAP BODS, LSMW, BDC
