About the Role

Work collaboratively with the Cloud Support teams to facilitate operational knowledge transfer, and continuously improve our processes.

**US Citizenship requirements- as this role supports services provided to the federal government and/or a federal government contractor, proof will be required to verify US citizenship status at time of hire.**

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the change management process, ensuring smooth and efficient management of cloud changes.
  • Collaborating on the technical planning, scheduling, and execution of operations and project releases.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving best practices across the organization.
  • Providing technical expertise in evaluating and assessing risks and impacts related to change management processes.
  • Consulting with clients on service features, utilization, participant engagement. Provide project leadership and management for service enhancements, plan changes, and regulation impacts.
  • Tracking, report, and analyze trends in the change management process, offering insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Ensuring all releases into production are "production-ready" and adhere to quality, process, and policy standards.
  • Working cross-functionally with colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure changes are well-communicated and executed.

Requirements

  • Have completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in a Technical Change Manager role within a 24x7 technology environment.
  • ITIL V3 certification is required.
  • Understanding of AWS, Mainframe, storage, Unix, Linux, and Windows.
  • 10 years' experience in HR outsourcing, particularly in Health and Welfare Administration
  • Experience with ITIL V3, Change and Release Management, and tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.
  • Experience to drive change management processes, including coordinating Change Approval Board meetings and evaluating risks.
  • Experience in evaluating technical risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  • Display an ability to engage constructively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Display an ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, remote work environment.
  • Proven track record of promoting and implementing continuous process improvements.

Minimum :

90,200 USD

Maximum :

143,100 USD
