About The Role

We are looking for a recent graduate or a fresher with prior internship experience in marketing who is eager to dive into the world of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead generation. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, the role involves a mix of strategic research, campaign execution, content creation, and performance analysis to drive targeted, high-impact marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on key accounts and gather insights to inform targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Assist in executing and managing personalized marketing campaigns (e.g., emails, ads, webinars) to engage high-value prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging, timing, and objectives for maximum impact on target accounts.
  • Track and report on ABM campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Support lead generation strategies, including inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling content (blog posts, social media posts, email copy) to attract, engage, and convert potential leads.
  • Use marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation campaign KPIs, and contribute creative ideas to drive new lead-generation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Looking for fresher with prior internship exposure in marketing
  • Seeking candidates comfortable with working the 3 PM to 12 AM IST shift.
  • Basic understanding of ABM principles, lead generation, and digital marketing channels (email, social media, etc.).
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations
  • Design and present new social media campaign ideas
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
