Join our dynamic team as a Product Owner, where you'll lead our groundbreaking no-code development team in crafting customized solutions for the finance sector! Responsibilities

Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for finance vertical solutions. Align product goals with overall bussness objectives and market demands.
Conduct thorough analysis of client needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements specific to the finance sector.
Develop detailed product specifications and user stories for the no-code development team.
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, impact, and feasibility.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of features.
Create visual workflows, process maps, and user interfaces to depict automated processes.
Lead, mentor, and manage the no-code development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance, and support professional development.

Requirements

Basic understanding of software development principles and practices.
