THE WORK

  • Lead product management efforts, focusing on enhancing user experience and driving efficiency.
  • Utilize Lean-Agile methodologies to guide product development and prioritize impactful features.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality MVPs, prototypes, and feature enhancements.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to make informed product decisions.
  • Design wireframes and information architecture to create intuitive and compliant user interfaces.
  • Optimize user interactions to improve usability and satisfaction.
  • Communicate product vision effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management within fintech or bank payments processing.
  • Solid knowledge of Lean Agile principles, MVP development, and prototyping.
  • Strong experience in managing product roadmaps and defining priorities.
  • Proven ability in wireframing, information architecture, and UX optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills in business-level English.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, committed to seeing projects through.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve strategic goals.
