Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Business Development Manager Industrial Segments

  • Consulting existing and acquiring new customers
  • Developing the market across Vietnam
  • Meeting sales and activity targets
  • Maintaining CRM database
  • Exchanging with colleagues in Philippines and our manufacturing organizations globally


What You’ll Be Doing ( Job Responsibilities)

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree Chemical Engineering / Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemical, Biology
  • 3-5 year’s experiences work for experiences in water quality instrument and Industrial segment


(ie: F&B, Chemical/ Steel & Mining/ Micro E, Power..)

  • Action-oriented and self-motivated, outspoken with excellent listening abilities


What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

  • Experienced working in global/internal company
  • Familiar funnel management using CRM/SFDC
  • Be able to work in independently and in a remote area
  • Proficient in English is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Proven ability at cross-selling and up-selling
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and minimal need for supervision.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with WQ, automation industry as they deal with Food and Beverage, Chemical, Automation…
  • Level of travel required: 80%
