GoTeam is seeking for a talented and proactive Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success of the company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the company's growth in US and Australian markets.
What You Will Do:
Lead Management
- Manage and follow up on leads in a proactive manner to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Add detailed notes and stages to the CRM system for effective tracking and organization.
Sales Call Execution
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions effectively.
- Utilize a consultative approach to sales, focusing on building relationships and understanding client pain points.
CRM Utilization
- Efficiently navigate the CRM to update lead progress and maintain accurate records.
- Leverage CRM data to strategize and optimize sales processes.
Strategic Follow-Up
- Develop and implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and keep the sales pipeline active.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and consistent communication.
Client Service Level Agreements
- Adhere to and uphold all Client Service Level Agreements, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Implement improvement strategies as needed to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager within the RPO/BPO industry or experience in selling SaaS products and professional services to US and Australian markets
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated success in nurturing and overseeing partnerships with US-based clients.
- Availability to work within the US Time zone (PST or EST)
