Summary:
The OneDigital Southeast team is looking for a data-driven marketing enablement specialist to help drive the growth of our region. If you are a marketer who loves data, supporting sales team members and working collaboratively with other talented marketers to deliver on the brand promise, this role could be for you. As a Regional Marketing Enablement Specialist, you will be at the core of marketing operations, driving technology-enabled solutions, actionable data insights, and strategic RFP support for the Southeast region. Your role will contribute directly to growth and client retention, enhancing both regional and national marketing initiatives.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with regional and national teams to deliver clear, data-backed insights that shape effective marketing strategies. You’ll work alongside the Regional Marketing Enablement Manager to develop impactful enablement resources, support diverse marketing projects, and optimize tools and processes to drive marketing success across the region. Additionally, you'll oversee the RFP Q&A response platform, leveraging AI tools for efficiency, ensuring that all documents are accurately formatted and aligned with brand standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Enablement Manager to respond to marketing intake requests and update the Planner board with relevant details and labels; identify trends and opportunities for standard materials in the marketing library.
- Execute marketing requests and provide support to other marketing team members as needed.
- Work with internal teams to create customized marketing collateral, including flyers, presentations, custom videos, blog posts, white papers, case studies, and more.
- Support enablement communication efforts, including the monthly marketing digest and updates to the intranet.
- Create and manage aspects of OneDigital’s sales enablement platform including building templates for sales team to leverage.
- Leverage OneDigital’s digital marketing tech stack, including tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Seismic, PowerBI, Canva, AI (CoPilot), Responsive (RFP), and more. Stay up to date on the latest tools, trends, and training in these platforms.
- Lead CRM data cleanup efforts and promote best practices for CRM use.
- Use marketing tools to track and analyze incoming leads, form submissions, customer satisfaction surveys, ad campaigns, email performance, intent reporting, and other metrics.
- Manage tracking and reporting for marketing activity success, including overseeing the intake form process.
- Support RFP responses by formatting and packaging documents and filling in baseline answers. Maintain a regional library of RFP responses, best practices, graphics and sample RFP documents.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- Experience with platforms such as Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and organizational tools like Microsoft Teams, Planner, Asana, or Microsoft 365. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
- Demonstrated innovation and proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, and the ability to visually present data in charts for PowerPoint presentations.
- Proactive, confident communicator with experience presenting in national, regional, and diverse stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, think strategically, and problem-solve while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-priority environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team; self-motivated and disciplined.
- Strong desire for growth and the ability to solicit and accept constructive feedback; willingness to learn from others.
Education, Training and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred; Minimum of three years of prior marketing experience. Experience in industries such as insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or finance is a plus. Familiarity with many of the following areas is preferred:

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $58,000 to $60,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
