As we expand our cloud capabilities, we are seeking a talented Cloud Solutions Architect to help shape the future of our cloud-based solutions and drive the integration of our products into a unified offering for next-generation cloud and hybrid live production workflows.
The Cloud Solutions Architect will be a critical member of the Cloud and Enterprise Solutions Team, responsible for architecting and integrating our cloud products into a cohesive, scalable, and repeatable solution. You will collaborate across product teams, engage directly with customers, and create new media workflows that help shape how our industry delivers live media production in the cloud. This role is ideal for someone with advanced cloud and live production workflow knowledge who thrives on bridging customer needs with technical innovation and execution.

What the job is all about:
- Serve as the lead cloud expert during customer engagements to evangelize current offerings, understand customer needs, and execute demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value of our cloud solutions.
- Evaluate existing cloud workflows and solutions, identifying limitations and working to drive alignment between current capabilities and customer requirements.
- Lead the design of new cloud-based live production workflows that create efficient, scalable, and secure solutions to address market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of cloud technologies across our customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders positioning Ross as a leader in cloud-enabled live production.
- Provide insights into future product ideas, technical enhancements, and feature requests based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously evolving our cloud strategy.
Who you are:
- 7+ years as a cloud architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of live production workflows and media technology with demonstrated experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for media creation.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), architectures, tools, technologies, services, and workflows.
- Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry with an understanding of broadcast, sports, and live events production environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in customer-facing roles, leading discussions, gathering requirements, and driving cloud adoption.
- Proven experience designing and integrating complex media workflows and cloud-based solutions from the ground up, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for solving complex technical problems.
- Highly adaptable, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
