Are you a results-driven professional with a knack for customer engagement? Our AXS team is seeking a Service Assistant to support our customers. As a key player in our team, you'll actively sell service contracts, providing quotations that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in processing orders in SAP will be pivotal in ensuring seamless transactions. Your commitment to excellence will shine as you follow up with customers to close open orders, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Moreover, your support for the service team in Mexico and the Americas will be instrumental in maintaining administrative routines, guaranteeing timely responses and fostering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Provide quotations and actively sell service contracts
- Process Orders in SAP
- Keep customer data up to date for an efficient communication (SFDC)
- Follow-up with customers to close open orders
- Support the service team in Mexico and Americas to keep the administrative routines on track to avoid delay on customer response time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- Strong software experience such as Office 365, Sales Force, SAP
- More than 2 years of experience in an administrative service, sales and marketing support position, preferably in a high-volume, high-tech setting
- More than 2 years experience in customer service
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Motivated self-starter
- Ability to speak and write proficiently in English and Spanish
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must possess above average organizational skills and be accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to communicate deal effectively within all levels of the organization, both internal and external customers professionally
