Job description

We are in search of a seasoned Chief ForgeRock Engineer to lead the secure identity and access management solutions development using the ForgeRock suite.

In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that enhance user experiences and fulfill business objectives. Your deep knowledge of ForgeRock technologies will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital identity management within our organization.

Responsibilities


  • Provide direct services during IAM ForgeRock engagements
  • Conduct requirements gathering and use case development
  • Justify, validate, and create security solutions and designs
  • Establish deployment and implementation methodology and standards
  • Handle installation, integration, and configuration of IAM solutions and systems
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Execute test case development and testing plans
  • Implement and design ForgeRock Identity Management solutions
  • Manage and configure ForgeRock Access Management
  • Oversee ForgeRock Directory Services


Requirements


  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management implementations
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership experience
  • Background in the ForgeRock IAM suite, including OpenIDM, OpenAM, and OpenDJ
  • Capability to handle troubleshooting support requests with minimal guidance
  • Proficiency in light admin/support for OSs such as Linux (Redhat), Windows, and Tomcat
  • Understanding of basic Linux shell and Windows PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of working in an ITSM environment and familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in LDAP, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and RESTful APIs
  • Expertise in scripting with languages like JavaScript, Groovy, or Shell
  • Knowledge of directory services concepts and protocols
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies
  • Previous experience in a global or multinational business setting
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in ForgeRock products or associated technologies
