Job description

I'm looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our Global Client for a 6-month contract based in the EU. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP Basis and S/4 HANA, and have hands-on experience managing ECC to HANA DB migrations and ensuring production landscape availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Depth Knowledge: Possess and apply in-depth knowledge of SAP Basis and S/4 HANA.
  • Production Landscape Availability: Ensure the availability of the production landscape, including maintenance and upgrade tasks.
  • ECC to HANA DB Migration: Manage the migration of ECC to HANA Database.
  • SAP HANA Database, SLT, and NetWeaver Gateway: Set up and maintain SAP HANA Database, SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), and NetWeaver Gateway.
  • Kernel and Release Upgrades: Perform Kernel and release upgrades as required.
  • SAP Functionalities: Demonstrate working knowledge of various SAP functionalities, including R3, HANA, BW, and EWM.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in SAP Basis and S/4 HANA: Proven expertise and hands-on experience with SAP Basis and S/4 HANA.
  • Production Landscape Management: Demonstrated experience in ensuring production landscape availability, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • ECC to HANA DB Migration: Hands-on experience with ECC to HANA DB migration.
  • SAP HANA, SLT, and NetWeaver Gateway: Proficiency in setting up and maintaining SAP HANA Database, SLT, and NetWeaver Gateway.
  • Kernel and Release Upgrades: Experience with Kernel and release upgrades.
  • Comprehensive SAP Functionalities Knowledge: Extensive working knowledge of different SAP functionalities, including R3, HANA, BW, and EWM.
