Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the trust and fiduciary services team.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of trust and fiduciary strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage risk effectively, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Assist in leading team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall organizational performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years of experience in the fiduciary business, either directly or indirectly via multi-family office
  • Commercially-minded with a proven track record in client acquisition and fostering organic growth
  • Academic background in either finance or legal disciplines is a plus
  • Excellent command of English as the primary business language; proficiency in other languages a plus
  • Some management experience will be beneficial for this role
  • Banking experience, though not mandatory, is advantageous
  • Location : Flexible location, with a willingness to travel to Zurich periodically.
