About Our Client

Our client is a International online retailer with footprint across Europe, Australia, Asia & USA.

Job Description

  • - Act as Digital Product Owner (PO) to define product strategy and vision, lead digital requirements activities for e-commerce platform, facilitate O2O services across multiple markets
  • - Work with multiple user departments (Marketing, B2B, Sales Channel, Webshop, and the Portfolio team etc.) to generate innovative ideas to maximize business performance and validate them by going through design thinking process assisted by Customer research / competitor analysis.
  • - Understand business needs, ensure alignment on product strategy, milestones, and goals. Provide regular updates on product development progress and reports.
  • - Stay upbeat with the latest technologies and tools in town, including advancements in AI, automation, customer technologies etc.
  • Proactively work with both business and development teams to explore and implement technologies, enhancing operational efficiency and content quality.
  • - Ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames, scope and quality.
  • - Research market intelligence/trends for improving existing services and building new ones.
  • - Monitor the stability and performance of websites using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and third-party analytics systems.
  • As the core contact point to bridge between users and technical team on the issues/ maintainence of the platform


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Web development background is a huge plus. Hands on with system integrations/ API.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management (focus on web platform), best to have recent 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in online retail/ e-conmerce industry is a huge plus
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, exposure to AI, automation, payment or data-driven tools.
  • Strong in defining product strategies and roadmaps that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-region and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on stakeholder alignment.
  • Good command in Chinese and English
