Role: UI/UX Designer

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: India

Schedule: Morning shift

Job Description:

• Collaborate with team members to design, prototype, and implement user interfaces on Figma for a finance-focused web application.
• Engage in use case development, ensuring designs support a variety of user interactions and scenarios.
• Lead widgetization efforts to create modular, scalable design components with a clean, modern aesthetic.
• Future-pace the project by balancing current user requests with forward-looking design insights and company goals.
• Maintain regular communication with the team, ensuring partial overlap with US hours.

Qualification and requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally with senior-level experience and a portfolio showcasing Figma-based web applications.
• Expertise in modern design principles, including widgetization and responsive design.
• Ability to think strategically, incorporating both user feedback and future product vision into designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to align partially with US time zones.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Knowledge of stock or options trading.
• Background in financial data integrations.
