About the company:

Talentuch is an international IT recruitment agency with over 7 years of expertise, dedicated to delivering top-tier talent solutions. The company is successfully closing a wide range of IT positions, specializing mostly in SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics roles.

Role Overview:

We are searching for a Marketing Manager to help us build the Talentuch brand.

This position is suitable for people experienced in driving brand visibility, managing media partnerships, and generating engaging content on LinkedIn to attract leads and boost audience engagement in the HR and recruitment industry.

Compensation for this role is $20,000/year — $24,000/year GROSS on a B2B contract.
Skill Requirements:
  • Professional LinkedIn profile is a must, please provide the link when applying for the role.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR/Recruitment topics will be a big advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent writing skills to create articles, press-releases, and marketing materials without the support of copywriters would be a great plus. You will write your texts yourself.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate Content on Recruitment/HR topics that engage our target audience, HR Directors of IT companies. LinkedIn is our primary tool, and we will focus there.
  • Engage LinkedIn audience to the desired call-to-action (subscribe, download, attend, book a call) to drive incoming leads for marketing.
  • Establish media partnerships, handle press contacts, prepare materials, monitor publications, and manage external communication.
  • Ensure the brand’s representation in specialized publications (IT recruitment, IT HR, Global Recruitment, IT entrepreneurship).
  • Manage and upkeep the corporate blog and the company’s social media presence.
  • Craft articles and press releases, and distribute them across platforms. You will have copywriters to assist when needed.
  • Identify, select, and de-brief speakers for webinars.
  • Launch an HR Community Newsletter and create engaging content for the audience. Copywriter+Designer will help you.
  • Coordinate webinar team communications and reminders.
  • Analyze results of placement and marketing activities, including coverage and partner acquisition.
