Qualifications:
Associates degree or High School diploma/GED with 6+ years’ experience, 4+ years of experience as a Biomedical Technician / Clinical Engineer, Experience with PL and administrative tasks preferred, Prior Team Lead experience.
Key responsabilities:
- Function as Site Leader and develop relationships with customers.
- Assist Director of Service with employee appraisals and status changes.
- Manage on-call service escalation and reporting.
- Track service delivery metrics and maintain parts inventory.
- Provide training on equipment operation to hospital personnel.
