The Role
Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative
Senior Web Developer to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build innovative, applications that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Similarly, the ideal candidate is an expert engineer who values the “team”, drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative cloud-based solutions.
Location: Cleveland, Ohio.
Roles & Responsibilities
- User Interface Developer responsibilities include gathering system requirements, building application specification document, draw flow charts, design application architecture and implement modernizes application design and testing features before release.
- Should have hands-on experience in developing software with agile or scrum methodologies and are ready to work individual contributor as well as lead our junior developers team.
- Should have an innovative thought process and creative thinking which can bring out of box and
- alternate way of system implementation. Ensure our applications must be secure and up-to-date
- Creating and consuming RESTful & SOAP web services. Experienced working with Maven, GIT, Jenkins, Postman, SOAP UI.
- Working Knowledge on ReactJS is good to have. Not least, a positive and professional approach at all times.

The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 – $114,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
