ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Web Designer/Automations Specialist with 4+ years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing campaigns and WordPress sites. Your expertise will be essential in developing designs that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the success of their digital campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST be proficient with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects / CS etc.)

  • Experienced with implementation of marketing automations (ie. Hubspot)

  • 3+ years of web and graphics design experience

  • 3+ years’ experience designing front-end visual layouts for WordPress based websites

  • 3+ years’ experience designing ad banners (Facebook and Google AdWords)

  • Experience with Wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, etc.) considered a nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript considered a nice-to-have

  • Experience with AI tools for designing


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop designs for marketing campaigns and WordPress sites

  • Design CTAs, landing pages, banners, web pages, collateral, infographics, eBooks, & more

  • Develop visual design styles appropriate to target buyer personas, brand archetypes, and client style/brand guidelines

  • Implement A/B testing using tools like Hotjar, study heat-maps/click patterns to boost conversion

  • Analyze user behavior on-site by digging into qualitative and quantitative metrics (e.g., using tools such as Google Analytics) and suggesting ways to improve relevant metrics such as time on site, CTR, etc.

  • Re-design websites based on updated brand guidelines and design graphics accordingly

  • Share learnings and best practices with the rest of the team on an ongoing basis
