Job Description Summary

In this role you will be responsible for the targeted and sustainable sale of GE HealthCare Imaging products (MR, CT, Nuclear Medicine, interventional and surgical imaging, X-Ray and Mammography) as well as adjacent services in the French & Italian speaking parts of Switzerland.

In addition to acquiring new customers, this includes maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

This role is remote based in Switzerland.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Selling GE HealthCare products and services and supporting assigned customers in the territory, with a focus on magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, nuclear medicine, interventional, surgery, x-ray and mammography products
  • Acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining, expanding and supporting existing customer relationships
  • Conducting sales negotiations and closings with all key stakeholders at the customer, including sales of maintenance contracts and financing
  • Achieving quarterly and annual targets in relation to order and sales targets Developing customer acquisition and market penetration strategies and communicating current market information to GE Healthcare
  • Conduct market analysis, develop and execute strategies and action plans to increase sales and customer satisfaction in collaboration with the sales team
  • Regular maintenance of customer relationship management systems, such as Sales Force
  • If required - support in the implementation of won projects up to the handover to the end customer

Required Qualifications

  • On the basis of a technical / commercial vocational training or a bachelor's degree in medical technology, business administration or comparable, you have already gained sound experience in the sale of consulting-intensive, complex medical technology solutions in the capital goods sector for clinics
  • You have a high level of enthusiasm for technical products as well as a sound basic technical understanding
  • You already have experience in negotiating with customers in a complex sales environment with multiple decision-makers
  • You have demonstrable strategic sales experience, including customer presentations, price quotations, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing deals and building and expanding a sales territory
  • You are willing to travel within your territory, including occasional overnight stays depending on geographical and business conditions
  • You have very good presentation skills, persuasiveness, the ability to prioritize and strong and confident communication skills in French, Italian and English, German is not mandatory but would be a big plus
