As part of our groundbreaking initiative to revolutionize RFx proposals through AI-powered solutions, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of HCM Cloud demonstrations and proposals.
This position combines presales expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience to support our cutting-edge SE.AI Proposal Content Service. You'll work with the Demo Engineering team managing and curating critical data for our AI-powered proposal system, while building custom demos, proof of concepts, and prototypes, building compelling industry use cases into the global master demonstration systems and working on advanced and technically challenging opportunities.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for responding to customer RFPs for HCM functional and technical requirements
- Build custom demos and proofs of concept for field sales engineering
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and customize demo builds accordingly.
- Clearly communicate the business value of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to address specific customer requirements.
- Stay up to date on the latest Oracle HCM product releases, with a thorough understanding of features and functionalities across all HCM modules.
- Develop compelling industry use cases for global demonstration systems.
- Work in partnership with NAA Shared Services, Field Solution Engineering, Demo Services, and Product Development.
- Collect and process new and existing HCM Cloud-related data for repository inclusion.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness through rigorous validation and cleansing.
- Maintain data integrity and accessibility throughout its lifecycle.
- Document data curation activities accurately and comprehensively.
- Develop and maintain efficient data management systems (e.g., spreadsheets, internal tools).
- Utilize strong analytical skills to uncover patterns and insights within existing research data.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to enrich data with context and connections to relevant sources
- Contribute to the improvement of the AI model by testing and providing feedback on generated content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, MBA in HR, Information Management)
- Extensive Implementation/Support experience with Oracle HCM Cloud suite across all the modules
- Superior written communication skills in English
- Good understanding of data curation tools and techniques (data cleaning, integration, transformation)
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a team-player mindset
