The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our team at Mrsool. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal operations, ensuring full compliance with relevant laws and regulations across the MENA region. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic legal advice, negotiating complex contracts, and representing the company in legal matters. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring the protection and success of the company. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the company's legal policies and procedures.

What You Will Do💡
  • Provide legal guidance and support across the organization, ensuring all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation and resolution of disputes, including representation in court when necessary.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on changes in legislation impacting the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop legal policies and procedures that align with company goals.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
  • Educate and train staff on legal compliance and best practices.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For❓
  • Law degree from a recognized institution (LL.B or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, 2 in management role, preferably within a corporate or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.

Who Will Excel❓
  • Has an additional qualification (LL.M) is a plus
  • Has previously worked with TGA, SDAIA, HRSD, or MCIT
