We are currently looking to grow our Digital Solutions team with a Technical Consultant who will lead complex digital transformation projects, bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, and drive innovation in our client solutions.
💪 What will your day-to-day look like?
Given our lean structure, you will work closely with REBORRN Partners and cross-functional teams, playing a crucial role in all aspects of technical project delivery. Some specific tasks include:
Technical Project Management (30-40%): Lead multidisciplinary teams of 3-5 people, including UX Designers, Frontend/Backend Developers, and Data Engineers. You'll manage the delivery of complex digital solutions such as:
- AI-powered voice ordering systems and chatbots
- Process automation platforms for utilities and public services
- Digital application management systems and workflows
- Booking engines and customer-facing portals
- Data integration and automation solutions
Your responsibilities include project planning, sprint management, risk mitigation, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, managing project budgets, and maintaining project documentation.
Aid in Solution Architecture & Develop Specifications (25-35%): Transform business requirements into detailed technical specifications. This involves conducting stakeholder interviews, writing comprehensive technical documentation, creating user stories, and designing system architectures. You'll need to think critically about integration points, data flows, and technical feasibility while ensuring solutions align with client objectives.
User Experience & Testing (20-25%): Oversee the entire testing lifecycle, from planning to execution. This includes designing test cases, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring the solution meets both technical requirements and user needs. You'll also facilitate user interviews, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Innovation & Technical Advisory (10-15%): Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide strategic technical guidance to clients. You'll evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies that could benefit our projects, and make recommendations for their implementation.

👨💻 REBORRN's Working Model
We operate on a hybrid work model and stimulate effective collaboration by meeting up in our offices at least twice a week. If you're not based in Athens, you'll join all-hands meetings in person every quarter. In this role, you will be expected to travel several times a year for client engagements that require your physical presence.
