Job description

They are now seeking an experienced and talented Sales & Business Account Manager to join their team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Management: Drive and maximize revenues from assigned customers.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your customers.
  • Market Expertise: Develop sector and market expertise, taking a consultative approach to understand the customer's business drivers and requirements.
  • Client Feedback Monitoring: Continually monitor client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department.
  • Company Representation: Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.
  • KPI Reporting: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the status of accounts to the Head of Account Management.
  • Project Participation: Assist the Head of Account Management and other relevant stakeholders with assigned tasks and projects.
  • Report Building: Build comprehensive and detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales: Sign new deals/ direct integrations and manage the onboarding process

Requirements to Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry.
  • Proven Experience: Strong experience as an Account Manager & Sales Manager (B2B) within the iGaming industry is a must.
  • Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the iGaming market, trends, products, and markets.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Russian is highly desirable.
  • Client Management Skills: Ability to handle relationships with Tier 1 customers and manage difficult clients under pressure.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies, with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-starter with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage and grow customer accounts.
  • Client Base: Must have an existing client base.
