OnHires ofrece un contrato indefinido de Product Designer.

⭐Candidata/o ideal

      - 3-5+ años en diseño de producto, preferiblemente en entornos SaaS o fintech.

      - Portafolio sólido que demuestre habilidades en UI/UX, resolución de problemas y diseño basado en datos.

      - Dominio de herramientas como Figma, Sketch o Adobe XD; conocimientos básicos en HTML/CSS son un plus.

      - Experiencia en investigación de usuarios y en aplicar estos datos para mejorar las decisiones de diseño.

      - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo, valorando las ideas de cada miembro para mejorar la experiencia del producto.

⭐Funciones y responsabilidades

      - Realizar investigaciones centradas en el usuario para comprender sus necesidades y comportamientos, traduciendo estos hallazgos en decisiones de diseño efectivas.

      - Desarrollar diseños de producto de principio a fin, incluyendo wireframes, prototipos y diseños de alta fidelidad que ofrezcan una experiencia de usuario atractiva y funcional en múltiples dispositivos.

      - Construir y mantener un sistema de diseño coherente, garantizando consistencia visual y escalabilidad en toda la plataforma.

      - Colaborar estrechamente con gerentes de producto, ingenieros y otros interesados para convertir las necesidades comerciales en soluciones de diseño elegantes y eficaces.
