Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update social media accounts for the psychology practice

  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms

  • Compile email lists and create newsletters for mass email campaigns

  • Handle client communications and scheduling, including rebooking appointments - all inquiries coming from social media (chats)

  • Update the practice’s website as needed

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client management

  • Create graphics and templates for email campaigns using tools like Canva

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation

  • Experience with email marketing and newsletter creation

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn HIPAA compliance regulations

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Scope:

  • Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM 

  • Remote work with flexible scheduling

  • Access to necessary tools and software provided by the employer

  • Handling of sensitive client information requires strict adherence to privacy protocols
