Job Description
 

Responsibilities

  • As Senior GL Accountant you will be a key contributor of the GL team and drive the monthly close process in accordance with GAAP

  • You will be a key player in monthly accruals and cash reconciliations & analysis

  • Complete period-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and flux variance analysis in areas responsible for management reporting

  • Participate in the preparation of supporting schedules for monthly and quarterly reporting

  • Support continuous process improvement projects and implementation

  • Assist in external auditors’ requests, including preparing supporting schedules, answering auditors’ inquiries

  • Assist in documenting accounting desktop procedures in areas responsible

  • Perform special, ad-hoc projects as requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or related field

  • 3-5+ years of General Ledger accounting experience with a solid understanding of US GAAP

  • Public accounting and technical accounting experience preferred

  • Ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong written, oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail with the ability to keep the big picture in mind

Compensation Range

$83,000 - $110,000 - $138,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
