iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Payroll Supervisor who wants to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support to help drive to our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work remotely on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish. 

Role Overview

 

Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success!  Payroll Supervisor will support their team in all aspects of payroll, administration and client interactions and will also be responsible for coaching and developing their team to be client centric and add value to all interactions with our clients and ensuring applicable regulations. Additionally, the incumbent will facilitate communication, proactively identify issues, lead issue resolution, help complete root cause analysis after resolving issues and provide guidance and support to the wider team. The incumbent will also liaise between the internal groups working on current Payroll needs which impact clients. Payroll Supervisor will have a passion for managing our delivery proactively to exceed our clients’ expectations whilst helping to build a high performing team. Work alongside the payroll operations managers to ensure we delight our clients and exceed their expectations within our global delivery.

 

Key objectives of the role

 

The successful candidate requires minimum 5 years of payroll experience and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas: Payroll Mexico Regulation such: Social Security, Local taxes and other employment tax, TRESS System. Fluent on English skills.


  • Owner of allocated clients and be accountable for the delivery of their delivery
  • Investigate errors and support the team to resolve their own issues where escalations occur
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to interact and partner with clients and third parties towards a common goal
  • Take ownership of escalations, be accountable by ensuring the clients feel we understand the priority and are working to resolve in a timely manner.
  • Provide results and participate in the projects aligned to the company definition.
