Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with management experience to join a forward-thinking, purpose-driven aged care provider, supporting our aged care homes in Victoria.

The Position:

We are seeking a full-time Roaming Facility Manager. The Roaming Facility Manager will support our Aged Care homes based in central Victoria. This opportunity requires the successful candidate to be a Registered Nurse.

The Roaming Facility Manager will have the flexibility to travel to various locations, supporting our residential aged care homes as allocated. You will report to the Chief of Residential Aged Care and will be responsible for supporting Facility Managers with the day-to-day operational, personnel and associated matters at our aged care homes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated managerial experience in the aged care sector.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Sound and contemporary clinical and operational knowledge.
  • Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • The ability to relate to the elderly.
  • A pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to various facilities in VIC
