Job Title: Production Scheduler
Location: 
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: 
up to 1800 USD

Work Schedule: 
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Production Scheduler to manage customer repair schedules. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and an understanding of customer service best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling repair services, verifying contract details, and ensuring clear communication with clients regarding project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and optimize repair schedules based on contract and repair plan requirements.
  • Contract Review: Verify that all required signatures are obtained, and that contracts align with the repair scope and specifications.
  • Customer Communication: Contact customers to confirm repair dates, set expectations, and answer any scheduling inquiries.
  • Documentation: Utilize Google Sheets and related software to maintain scheduling records and track project progress.


Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent phone and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Background in customer service, scheduling, or a related role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets; experience with Adobe and Service Titan CRM is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on scheduling or similar tasks.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to meticulously check contracts and project details to ensure alignment with service plans.
