Are you ready to lead and transform sales operations in Czechia? At KWS Osiva, we are looking for a leader to drive our sales strategy, focusing on serving customers and optimizing every sales channel, including distributors, the sugar industry, commissionaires, and direct customers.

Your mission will be to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales and revenues through effective sales management.

This position is to be filled in full-time, with a permanent contract to the earliest date possible.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Centric Transformation: Lead the change process to develop a customer-centric organization.
  • Team Leadership: Develop, motivate, and empower the Sales Team, implementing dedicated steering, setting objectives, and KPIs.
  • Collaborative Management: Be an active part of the KWS Osiva management team, collaborating closely with the Head of Country, Marketing, Product Management, and Logistics.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan and define sales objectives and action plans with the Sales Team and Marketing, analyzing figures and results to achieve national objectives.
  • Sales and Budget Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute all KWS sales activities for Czechia, ensuring fulfillment of sales and budget targets.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and negotiate commercial strategies and conditions for all crops in collaboration with the Head of Country and Product and Marketing Manager.
  • Cross-Crop Sales Structure: Implement short-, mid-, and long-term cross-crop strategies, transitioning to a direct sales market approach when suitable.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team and Product and Marketing Managers, design sales campaigns, and align price offers and contracts with customers and partners.
  • Customer Relations: Ensure professional handling of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in agriculture, business administration, or a related field.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully leading a sales team, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of the Czech agricultural market and distribution systems.
  • You have a strong commercial understanding and financial profit responsibility, capable of delivering top and bottom-line results.
  • Fluent in both Czech and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You excel in negotiation, able to manage and influence various stakeholders effectively.
  • You have a high customer orientation, always striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth.
  • You are adept at managing change, with an open-minded and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You handle conflicts with ease, maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • You are committed to continuous learning and development, both for yourself and your team.
