Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably experience across australian brands, managing multiple brands at once is the key. 
  • Social Media Skills: Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with fans, artists, and team members effectively. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and promote the label's artists. 
  • Adaptability: Creative and adaptable, with the ability to follow and maintain the labels social media style and tone.

Core responsibilities:

  • Social Media Engagement: Manage and oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for the music label, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement. 
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies to grow the labels online presence, increase engagement, and promote artists work. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and optimize content for better performance. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the labels artists and internal teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives and artistic direction.
