Job description

Java Developer

Responsibilities:

Help other developers from ParkFolio platform with analysis, bug fixes and feature requests
Handling bug reports and bugfixes reported by Customers and development team
Software Analysis
Software Developments
Unit Tests
Functional Test
Bug reporting
Creating and updating the documentation
Partial maintenance work and migration to newer versions of software (Ubuntu, Java, details below)

Migration details:

- Ubuntu 12.02 -> 18.04

- Java 7 -> 11

- Oracle 11 -> 19 (or replace CDC Oracle by PostgreSQL)

Take note: Above are numbers of software versions which migration will be done from version >>> to version

We should ask candidates:

- if they ever worked on a project that involved updating the whole project software (including updating Java to newer version, Ubuntu to newer version and Oracle database to newer version or replacing Oracle database with PostgreSQL database).
