Freelance Sr Healthcare Recruiter - US Staffing (Remote - Anywhere in India)

Please note this is a 100% work from home and 100% commission based role!!

A strong USA healthcare W2 recruitment experience is required (RNs, LPNs, Radiologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Nurse Case Managers, etc.)

Need to have your own network, resume database or job sites to find US healthcare professionals

You need to have your own laptop, own database and VOIP to call candidates in the United States

We are seeking an experienced and talented Freelance Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our team from India. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving our permanent healthcare staffing efforts for healthcare professionals across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management daily to understand the current hiring requirements for various roles including RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Medical Directors, Radiologic Technologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinical/non-clinical positions
  • Utilize your executive search expertise and healthcare staffing experience to identify and attract top talent from active/passive candidate pools
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including skills assessments, background checks, and reference verifications
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and communicating until onboarding
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates across multiple disciplines
  • Stay updated on US healthcare industry trends, compensation analysis, and hiring best practices
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our reputation as a premier healthcare recruitment partner

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in executive search/permanent staffing with a focus on U.S. healthcare recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in RN, LPN, Physicians, OT, PT, Medical Director, and other clinical roles
  • In-depth knowledge of US healthcare systems, regulations, credentialing, and hiring processes
  • Exceptional sourcing abilities and proficiency with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong consultative skills to understand client needs and candidate motivations
  • Solid understanding of US employment laws and ethical recruitment practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Ability to provide high volume submissions for W2 positions daily/weekly
  • Need to have your own Jobsites/database of US healthcare professionals
  • Willing to work strictly on a commission basis
  • Willing to work on EST or PST timings
