We’re on the lookout for a Tiktok Shop Marketer to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!


The Challenge

The company is excited to expand our reach by launching a Tiktok Shop specifically targeting the U.S. market. To make this vision a reality, we’re seeking a talented Tiktok Shop Marketer who can set-up and manage the Tiktok Shop. At the same time, drive engagement and sales through dynamic strategies and build meaningful partnerships with affiliates/influencers.

Day in the Life of a Tiktok Shop Marketer at GT Ecom

  • Establish and oversee Tiktok shop
  • Develop content strategies that align with brand goals and audience preferences
  • Create and manage engaging content, including videos and promotional posts.
  • Identify, collaborate with, and manage affiliates/influencers for compelling content.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with affiliates/influencers 
  • Track and analyze affiliate/influencer campaign performance and ROI 
  • Execute and manage Tiktok ad campaigns while monitoring trends and staying updated on Tiktok’s latest features.

Your Team When You Join Us

You will be working closely with a small team headed by the One Product Shop Store Manager whose generally in-charge of developing store strategies to increase customer base, boost store traffic, and optimize profitability.

We would love to hear from you if…

  • You have at least 6 months experience in setting-up and managing TikTok Shop/pages specifically for the U.S. market
  • You have proven background in affiliate/influencer management
  • You are based in the U.S. and does not travel outside the country often
  • You have a strong portfolio in Tiktok content marketing
  • You have a strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and advertising platform
  • You are proficient in TikTok analytics tools and reporting software
  • You are young, driven, and with a strong grasp of Tiktok trends 
  • You have an experience in running Tiktok ads (not required but definitely an advantage)


Salary: $15 to $25/hr.

  5. Offer Discussion - If all goes well, we'll discuss the offer and invite you to our pre-onboarding process.
  6. Pre-Onboarding Process
    1. Background Check: Verification of your identification and declared address.
    2. Reference Check: We’ll contact your three references for their feedback.
  7. Onboarding: Once all checks are completed, we’ll initiate the onboarding process.
