We’re on the lookout for a Shopify Theme Designer/Developer to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!


The Challenge

We need a go - to person who we can assign projects to re-design our existing Shopify stores or design one from scratch. Please understand that our needs may differ from every project - some stores may need a brand guideline from scratch, some may need just a few tweaks and edits. We are looking for someone who has creative eye and technical expertise to do whatever is needed to improve the visuals of our sites.

This is a project based role for now but has the potential to turn into a part time and then full time opportunity depending on the needs of the business and on your performance.

You will be directly reporting to an assigned Manager in our company - it may be in the Marketing Team or even directly under our Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer. You will be working alongside team members from all over the world.

Overview of Our Interview Process

  1. Application Submission - We’ll start by reviewing your application. Please make sure that your application has your portfolio. Otherwise, your candidacy will not be reviewed.
  2. HR interview - If you progress, you'll have a 15-minute interview with our HR Manager.
  3. Final Interview - Meet with the Hiring Manager.
  4. Offer Discussion - If all goes well, we'll discuss the offer and invite you to our pre-onboarding process.
  5. Pre-Onboarding Process
    1. Background Check: Verification of your identification and declared address.
    2. Reference Check: We’ll contact your three references for their feedback.
  6. Onboarding: Once all checks are completed, we’ll initiate the onboarding process.
