We’re looking for a Checkout Operator to join our Woolworths Queenstown team

We’re proud of the diversity of our team and the roles they play in running our store - this role is great for anyone who enjoys a hands-on job with plenty of variety each day. 

 

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

  • Face to face customer service at checkouts 

  • Manage cash and EFTPOS payments

  • Help our customers by being knowledgeable about our products and services in our store 

  • Help us stick to the rules around  the sale of age restricted goods, such as tobacco and alcohol 

  • Assist customers through our self-service checkouts  

 

In this customer-focused role we are looking for our new team member that

  • Understands good customer service.

  • Help us make customer first decisions aligned to our processes and systems

  • Work well within our team and communicate effectively

  • A willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift

  • A friendly smile and welcoming attitude

 

The shifts times and days for this opportunity are:

Shift 1: Tuesday - Saturday 1000-1930
Shift 2:  Sunday - Thursday 1500-2200
