The Role
Mental Health Counseling is part of a broad range of TimelyCare's digital health services that are extended to members of higher education, primarily college students. As a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Therapist with TimelyCare, you will offer therapy for the members we serve, partnering with them to identify their needs, collaborate and develop treatment plans, and guide them, when necessary, to other appropriate TimelyCare services (Medical, Psychiatry, etc.).
We have a mental health team that consists of Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists. TimelyCare will also provide licensure expansion in states of need.
Location
We offer a remote work environment. Work from Home criteria include but are not limited to maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements, secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program. Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance are required in this role.

What You'll DoProvide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult populationDocument concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health recordDevelop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each sessionCommunicate cross-functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as neededAdhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethicsWork with the student/client to establish and develop treatment goals and document accordinglyUtilize active listening skills and evidence-based modalities (SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT) in order to build rapport, establish boundaries, and progress student/client careSubmit appropriate documentation in the EHR (the TimelyCare platform) in a punctual mannerWhat You BringRequired: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The salary range for this opportunity is $65,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on education, experience, and licensing. This is the base pay, and you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay.
