Cellebrite is hiring a Senior Procurement Business Partner. Responsiblilties:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs to contract negotiation and supplier management, as part of a global procurement team following global procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and select the most suitable partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring the best value for the company while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the procurement function.
  • Driving collaboration with Procurement team members and provide guidance and support in fields of expertise, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Support the global indirect procurement team for various requisitions and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Procurement certifications such as CPSM, CPP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects and delivering cost savings in the Marketing, R&D, HR, IT and other departments.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in procurement and global sourcing, with a specialization in indirect procurement within a technology-focused company.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements in procurement.
  • Experience working on ERP systems.
  • Cost analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.
  • This is a Remote position but prefer candidates in the VA/DC/MD area.
