Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Alignment of tasks and internal communication under the supervision of senior.
Explain requirements to the team/vendor and get them to execute the work.
Ensure proper work is delivered to the client as per expectation.
Seek feedback from the clients.
Get changes done as applicable.
Work on being updated about all work relating to the client.
Maintain proper follow-up with the executive (in-house/off-shore) to ensure timely delivery of work.
Execute review meetings (on-call) with the client whenever required.
Work on the quality check as per prescribed standards.
Get work approved by seniors/concerned personnel before delivery.
