Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
-Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers and upselling additional products or services.
-Respond to inbound inquiries, providing information, addressing customer concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
-Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
-Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position products effectively.
-Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to articulate their value proposition to potential customers.
-Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in inside sales or a related role, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
-Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
