ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Strategy Advisor plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with Iron Mountain’s key accounts, aligning their business focus with Iron Mountain’s solutions to drive mutual growth. Operating within a collaborative global matrix, this position works with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience across various functions, including Account Management, Digital Operations, Professional Services, and Engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Deal Support: Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative analyses for Iron Mountain's most critical strategic accounts, focusing on solution development and deal success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives, project manage key accounts, and operationalize critical actions across multiple teams.
  • Effective Storytelling: Synthesize and present qualitative and quantitative research, communicating insights and implications clearly.
  • Strategic Workshops: Facilitate ideation workshops with customers to identify pain points and create tailored solutions.
  • Business Analysis Leadership: Provide analytical expertise to develop actionable solutions, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with Iron Mountain’s leadership, serving as a trusted advisor on key strategic decisions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge to align Iron Mountain’s products with customer needs and strategic goals.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Perform industry research to guide product alignment with customer objectives.
  • Consensus Building: Foster alignment across diverse teams, prioritizing projects and defining success metrics to achieve outcomes.
  • Customer Automation Integration: Collaborate on incorporating automation solutions into customer strategies, enhancing operational efficiency.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in strategic deal management, consulting, or operational strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research, capable of hypothesis testing and strategic insights.
  • Ability to synthesize industry research and align Iron Mountain’s solutions with customer business needs.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Intellectual curiosity with the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a matrixed organization and lead by influence.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets) and experience with automation technologies like IDP.
