The Opportunity

The Adobe Design Research & Strategy (ADRS) Team is seeking a highly organized intern to focus on cross-team operational process efficiencies, communication and improvements to an ever evolving and growing team. This is a chance for someone with a passion for organization development, communication and operations to work in a fun, creative organization.  

Your immediate team will be the ADRS Research Operations Team. We are a small but mighty team of four supporting nearly one hundred user researchers! We all come from unique backgrounds and are excited to welcome you to the team!  

All 2025 Adobe interns will be ‘co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by the team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.  

What You’ll Do  

As an intern with the Research Ops team, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to develop and complete a strategic project that starts with gathering requirements and analyzing data about a business problem. You’ll craft and activate the plan, and have an opportunity to measure its success. We will help you navigate project timelines and identify resources. Some additional things you will do: 

  • Encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the project. 

  • Contribute to complex projects that span multiple teams, functions, and geographical areas 

  • Learn how to navigate ambiguity and lead through change 

  • Ability to act strategically and make decisions in ambiguous situations 

  • Collect and analyze data to monitoring program performance, including crafting reports and dashboards to share insights 

  • Help us streamline operations by conducting audits of our existing processes and documentation - your insights will have immediate impact 

  • Shape, drive and document processes and tools for effective team workflows and collaboration 

What You Need to Succeed  

  • Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Sociology or Business Administration or similar majors 

  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May and September. 

  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Airtable, Dropbox, Dropbox Paper, and Slack. 

  • Interest in or knowledge of design or other creative endeavours such as photography, drawing, technology, etc. 

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of team. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
