We are currently hiring a Vice President of Marketing to lead a unified marketing approach to drive revenue growth in concert with other commercialization and sales strategies. This individual defines and executes the marketing strategy of the enterprise, collaborating with other executives of the businesses.

This role owns the planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring of the overall marketing strategy as aligned with the company’s product and sales strategy.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Lead the go to market marketing strategy creating content, messaging, and use cases that clearly articulate the value proposition and differentiators we bring to our clients and prospects.
  • Develop and launch lead generation initiatives through our web presence, webinars, target accounts, and account-based marketing models using both segment of one and broad messaging intended to drive urgency of action with targeted prospects.
  • Manage product and solutions marketing positioning innovation and results in memorable fashion.
  • Conduct process management cultivating systems to drive and measure sustainable flow of qualified leads into the pipeline and through the sales cycle including forecast accuracy (Website, SEO, social media, Research, Collateral Development, Meeting Setting, Prospect Nurturing, Creative and Site Visit Experience).
  • Continue to elevate status of company into an ‘expert, trusted advisor’ to the market by generating a high quantity of high quality owned, earned, and paid media opportunities.
  • Developing messaging, use cases, videos and other media that customize the content for attendance at events.
  • Be aware of market trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guide a unified approach to branding and messaging that excites and energizes the market.
  • Determining KPIs for marketing; tracking KPIs and present reports to executive team
  • Manage and develop a highly efficient and effective team of marketing professionals.
  • Creating a strong network of strategic marketing partnerships
  • Drive analyst and advisor relations.

Skills/experience needed to be successful:

  • 10-15+ years’ experience as a senior marketing leader for a large B2B business
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, value-messaging, sales, CRM, thought leadership, etc.)
  • Solid understanding and use of market research and data analysis methods
  • Ability to apply techniques using digital (e.g., social media) and non-digital (e.g., press) channels.
  • Deep understanding of different healthcare verticals (payors; providers; analytics; digital) a strong plus
  • Proficient in digital intelligence software and in optimization of CRM tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.)
  • BS/BA degree required, MBA a plus.
