Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

Your responsibilities include:

Project Management

  • Task Delegation: Manage the delegation of tasks to team members and freelance talent, aligning assignments with project needs, current workflows, and individual skill sets.
  • Team Feedback & Direction: Provide continuous feedback and clear direction to ensure all work aligns with company standards and meets client expectations.
  • Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and direction for web development projects, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
  • Phase Transition Management: Oversee the seamless handoff between project phases, ensuring that all technical requirements are thoroughly documented and communicated to the relevant teams.

Project Execution & Technical Oversight

  • Technical & Development Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of technical and developmental processes to manage projects effectively, while also participating in hands-on development when necessary to ensure high-quality web solutions.
    • Familiarity with the Following is a Requirement for the Role:
      • UX/UI Knowledge
      • Web Development
      • Coding
      • Page-Building
      • Shopify (Page Building)

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all web-related inquiries and requests, providing expert guidance on technical matters such as code setup and webpage theming.
  • Collaboration with Project Managers: Work closely with the Web Project Manager to review creative briefs, delegate tasks to developers, and adjust timelines to meet project goals.

Quality Assurance

  • Testing & QA Processes: Implement and maintain rigorous testing and quality assurance processes for all projects, ensuring the highest standards of work are consistently met.
  • Development Review: Review and provide detailed feedback on all development work before it is submitted to the Project Manager or Brand Manager for final approval.

Process Improvement

  • Efficiency Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve processes within the web department, enhancing efficiency and overall effectiveness.
