Job description

We are now looking for a full- time Coordinator, Office & Onboarding to join our RELEX family in Atlanta, GA. In this dual role you would be responsible for ensuring our Atlanta office is well cared for, as well as, successful coordination of onboarding new hires to RELEX. Having a welcoming, functional and exciting workplace ensures our RELEX culture is truly experienced day to day by employees. Having an incredible onboarding experience in a new company provides an employee a first glimpse of what it is like to be a RELEXian. Together this role will play an important part on the US based People Team at RELEX!

Join us as an Office and Onboarding Coordinator, and this is some of what you'll be doing:

  • Office Coordination
    • Ongoing office upkeep and maintenance, including coordination with property management
    • Support in office events such as lunches, happy hours or parties
    • Manage office access, mail and overall cleanliness
    • Support our many assignees coming to work in Atlanta from our other country offices
    • Support our 2025 New Office project, working with the PM as needed
  • Onboarding Coordination
    • Point of contact for all onboarding employees in the Americas
    • New hire welcome communication
    • Utilize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to onboard all new employees
    • Utilize our Learning platform to ensure new employees have access to local trainings
    • Schedule relevant trainings for new employees
    • Work in partnership with the Global Learning and Development team to ensure consistency in processes and training initiatives.

 

We're Looking For:

  • Working experience in Administration/Coordination, Training, Onboarding, or other relevant administrative role.
  • Ability to be a positive and welcoming presence in the Midtown office 3-4 days per week, as needed
  • Service-minded attitude ready and willing to support local coordination needs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience utilizing and administering various technology platforms
  • Experience creating and working with PowerPoint Presentations
  • Experience using Outlook, especially Outlook Calendar feature
  • Experience and comfort in being a welcome presence to small audiences / new hires
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
